Ok its 9.15pm at night...i park my car on a massive but EMPTY car park...its pay and display...however it being a sunday night, late and im running late getting my daughter to the cinema...i assumed it would be free....
Upon my return...i approach my car at 11.00pm...im still the only car there...and find some car park attendant has given me a £60 ticket!!
On a sunday night at 9.36pm he issued moi a ticket for not displaying a ticket!!!

Moral to the story...dont assume anything is free or that car park attendants dont work late nights on a sunday.... Evil or Very Mad

Oh ye...if i had of realised...i would have paid the 20p to park.... Rolling Eyes

Shocked I now believe that they actually are vampires who can go out during the day Shocked

All of these things like, pay and display, congestion charges and others are not to improve congestion or our lives. They are revenue streams for councils to squander... Mad

Was it really a chargeable time? Maybe the jobsworth didn't realise what day of the week it was...?
