I have been reading up on the forums about this software and it appears that I do not need to do anything with it. However it is really starting to get on my goat, as an unreliable start up program.

The problem is it is set to start when the machine comes on, sometimes it does this fairly quickly (20%), howver the rest of the time it takes about 2 or 3 mins to start. The t-balancer logo appears and then it just sits there for ever.

If I try to do anything without waiting for it to do its thing, it messes up the rest of my start up programs and in particular my internet connection. I think its an argument with my Firewall maybe. I then have to reboot and be more paitent the next time.

From what I have read I do not need this program starting, so can I just turn it off somewhere or delete it?

Heres hoping someone can tell me how to get rid of this problem as whats the point in having an extreame machine that takes 3mins plus to get to the desktop.

Thanks

From your nick I can see you have a Vadim. They will help but... the T-Balancer is a hardware controller and it is probably disconnected from the PC (USB connection internally) to prevent an accidental mishap. The software is probably trying to find the hardware and hanging for a long period of time. I would remove the software altogether but I would also wait confirmation from Vadim.

ok, great,

you can uninstall the t-ban navigator software.
the software is only for setting up the t-ban.
when you unistall it may leave behind some folders, do not worry this is normal. No need to remove them.

if you wanted to leave the software and not have the problem you have, you would need to connect the T-ban's USB connection, which Vadim usually disconnects at the T-ban, (the hardware unit).
Personally I would leave it unplugged and uninstall the software.

once the t-ban is setup, the settings are stored in the hardware and will remain stored on the hardware until changed via the software.

You could even remove the T-balancer altogether and place it in a different pc and it will have the same settings no matter what.

you should have a copy of the software as well, as I know Vadim always supplies the software disc.

Have fun.
