Im probably going to upset some forum members but..........................I am all for cloning. I dont agree with the dog, but if we have the technology to clone (replicate might be a better way of describing)for example a heart, lungs and other such things to help terminally ill people we should do it. I dont see it as playing god but helpig mankind.
Didn't upset me at all, Wolf, we're all entitled to our opinions. I guess there's a fine line between over-zealous "playing god is bad" limitations being imposed, and reaching a point where we're causing environmental disasters of one kind or another. There's obviously a wise middle ground somewhere, and I can't say it better than Eu:

Well, I am for organ farming but not for living being replications. I believe that is your view Wolfie? I believe that living beings are more than the some of their components and that is why we should understand how we operate what makes us what we are but stop at that.

Nope, and after watching In To The Wild I dont know if I want to Joking, although I never really enjoyed your last reccomendation, young "supertamp" was just a selfish young boy to me with no regard ror anyone elses feelings I loved the music throughout the film though
lol, i was going to comment on Sabaoth's recommendation before, but didnt as i didnt watch the full movie. I managed to watch about 30mins into the film though and then i felt guilty for wasting my time
I liked the movie... I half agree with wolfie about the character but that's what movies are for. Not to portrait flawless heroes all the time but also to tell stories of different people and situations.
Have not seen In To The Wild or supertamp but coma is quiet an old film now good story and Island is a good film to see to it shows how carefull we have to be about cloning.
