notice every single build has Coolermaster psu's, is there a reason for this? I remember hearing that Seasonic / corsair used to be considered amongst the quietest but obviously Vadim dont list them.. I've never tried Coolermaster personally and just wondered why everyone seemed to choose it.
We use coolermaster PSUs in most cases because they are the most reliable PSUs we have used to date. The larger models are also slightly quieter than other manufacturers alternatives.

1. My vista is OEM, and last time i did a general hardware update it went crazy with verification and such to the point where i had to call MS to re-enable it. Is this going to be an issue?
Unfortunately this can be a problem when re-using OEM versions, but i'd say the best course of action would be for us to try and use it and then if we hit the same wall then we'll get in touch to see if you can re-activate it again.

2. I have a partioned 750 spinpoint with my OS on and a 1tb storage drive, is there any issue me adding both of them back into the new system for extra storage? not really needed but seems a shame to discard it.. would there be any heat / power issues with 3 hd's running?
Yep, no problem 3hd's in 1 bay will be fine. Just make sure that you add a note to your order that you would like us to leave spare sata and power cables for two HDDs to be added when you receive the system. Just a heads up; make sure you format the drive with Windows on it first, or at least remove windows so that you don't run into boot issues when you plug the drives in for the first time.
@ Wolf Ofcourse i'll be here / everywhere that will listen to show off with some pics when my new baby gets here, might not look that exciting without the UV stuff but im sure all the water cooling tubes in that nice case it'll still look like a beast. As for spec, here was the final:
