Most of you know me most of you don't but not all that long ago i ordered Vadims top of the line watercooled beast and everything was fine but then it died now im a firm believer that you cant judge a company until something bad happens so heres my story.

My computer goes from full speed gaming to about 20 seconds then shutdown lol. i was able to get a temp reading before one shutdown and my cpu was reading 100c thats not good so i called vadim as my internet was down and spoke to William. Now the first thing i wanna say is that the vadim guys dont spin you the whole "have you tried turning it off and on again" or any other scripted crap they actually listen and i had no resistance from them, what i mean is that they were more then happy to get it back there and work on it.
I cant remember the exact date but i sent it back to them at no cost to me although i should mention i did get the top warranty so i guess that covered the cost.

Vadim gave me a little update message to let me know they recieved my system

Andy informs me that it was more than just the pump turns out the mobo had died so they were gonna have to replace it. Now thats were other company would of left it just reapird and sent it back to you but ohh no Andy then told me there were gonna upgrade the southbridge watercooler as it was only air before. So there we go nice upgrade for free:P
Andy also told me that with this cooler they would redo my Extreme OC settings and its gave me ahuge boost and it was far far from a slouch before.

My Vadim arrives back home in perfect condition and working great. now i know what your thinking you are thinking Draven thats a terribly boring story and yes you would be right but im trying to point out that Vadim took the pc back with no resistance, fixed it and upgraded parts and sent it back to me in mint condition.
Cost of my pc just a little over 6k but vadims customer service is beyond money its quite rare in this day and age to find a company who just get on with it and fix stuff rather than running you around.
Vadim gets the 2 thumbs up from me i will never self build ever again its Vadim till they go out of business or i die which ever comes first.

I'm expecting delivery of my shiny new rig this afternoon The Vadim team (Adrian/Andy) have already worked around a last minute glitch and, entirely without prompting, have upgraded the delivery method from next day to same day courier. I don't expect anything further to go wrong with it once it's in my clammy hands, but I am so reassured by everything that I have read about Vadim's commitment to customer service excellence that even if something were to go wrong, I am totally relaxed.
Let us not forget that we are speccing systems at the bleeding edge of technology and challenging Vadim to innovate all the time. It's a tribute to them that we're prepared to part with significant cash for systems which in many cases might be termed "experimental". Without their knowledge, commitment to service and dedication there would be no market at all for these types of system.

nice to know, i thought this was a anti vadim reveiw at first after reading first line lol..
by the way vadim also now seem to be cheaper than their"main rival" after their update to their site....wont name names but 700 quid for CPU only cooling on silverstonetj107 case seems a bit OTT..
