Basicaly, I not sure if i correct but i down to 2 specs, silverstone tj107 and Thermaltake Steel Black Armor, Just wondering from a vadim pc makers view on this.
Which is the better spec? since vadim know about what they can do based on cases, and i not sure about what each case can offer, in terms of performance +queitness.
First spec.

I relise that the First spec will need Packaging, but not sure which i would need and how much in total that would cost onto the first specs price.
Lastly i heard someone say GTS 512MB8800 is better than GTX9800 when overclocked.., is this true OR is this only when watercooled i thought?
And I'm sure the 9800GTX ...is good...but you will need to overclock the 8800GTS 512..to get it better....but I'm not 100% sure so wait till Vadim say something
yer il wait for guys at vadims veiw on that. atm though i think maybe the thermalk be better now after looking into reveiws of the cases, seems the thermalk armour a great case, even with a massive fan on side.
Hey guys Hope you all had a good weekend. Thanks to everyone for helping out shadowcreaper over the weekend.
Shadowcreaper, i would advise that you go with the TJ07 case. It's of a better build quality that the thermaltake case, performs just as well cooling wise, doesn't require any additional packaging when shipping and looks nicer too.
With regards to the graphics card, if you're going for air cooling then i would say stick with the 9800 GTX. It is true that we could probably clock the 8800GTS 512mb card about as fast as the 9800 GTX if not slightly faster, but that would require you also go for one of the Antarctic watercooling packages.
The Thermaltake Steel Black Armor case in my opnion is like an aluminum can, where as the TJ07 is like a tank, I'm talking quality and longevity of life.
I have worked with both cases, water and air cooled systems.
The TJ07 is far superior in all respects.
It air-cools far better and water-cools far better as well.
PLUS should you ever decide to go water-cooled, the upgrade with the TJ07 wins hands down.
The TJ07 is a no brainer to choose over the Thermaltake Steel Black Armor.
Hope this helps.
Sorry to those who like the Thermaltake Steel Black Armor, nice looking but just does not cut it in the long wrong. If you have one, you'll find this to be true eventually.
