Question:
I am trying to place and order and it seems that my card is not accepted, what is the reason? (15/03/2006)
Answer:
There may be a few reasons:
1) The billing address you provided does not match the bank's records.
- Please doublecheck and try again.
- Phone the bank and check that they hold the correct address details.
2) You are trying to place an order that has a higher than average value, and possibly your bank has blocked your card which is something they do sometimes in an attempt to protect you from possible fraud.
- Please phone the bank and ask them to remove the block from your card and allow this transaction. You must ask for Blocked Cards Department. Please note that the majority of bank clerks do not even know that such a department exists and it might take a bit of time to find someone knowledgeable enough to know about it.
3) We do not accept the type of card you are trying to use.
- Currently, we accept the following cards:
Visa Debit/Delta
Visa Electron
Visa Credit
Mastercard
Switch/Maestro
Solo
4) You are trying to buy something with a card issued by a non-UK bank.
- Unfortunately we can't accept these,  please pay via bank transfer. If you need any help with this you can contact us via email.
If none of the above seem to work, you can place the order choosing the option pay be cheque/money order and forward us a cheque or request our bank details to make a bank transfer.

The address to send the payment is:
Vadim Computers
Cervantes House
5-9 Headstone Road
Harrow
HA1 1PD
