I was just wondering when the Blastflow Siberian 9800gtx cooling plate will be available?
My 9800gtx should be arriving tomorrow and im not sure whether to start using it and have air cooling, or whether to wait and get your watercooled plate and block.
Also, does the plate work efficiently, as the heat from the memory etc would have to travel through the thermal paste along the aluminium then through more thermal paste into the copper block then into the coolant, im sure its better than the air cooled alternative, but im just curious if you know how much cooler it keeps it all?
Do you sell the compression fittings which i could use on the waterblock also?
My hose is 3/8" (I bought a Thermaltake BigWater745 kit ages ago, mainly for a cheap simple way to get into watercooling, and i liked the idea of the standalone radiator) Do you sell clear or UV green 3/8" flexible hose?

There have been some changes in the manufacturing process and therefore, the plates will arrive only next week unfortunatelly. Now this is also the good news, as the changes we made are actually regarding the tickness of the aluminium. Upto now, we have been using 5mm thick alluminium for the plates and they have been keeping the VRM/Memory temperatures well within the manufacturers recommended limits. This wasnt just enough for us and we decided to take one more step further - from now on, all new released plates will use 8mm aluminium which will keep the VRMs and Memory even cooler as the heat exchange area is almost doubled. One last thing, do you sell the connectors which will thread into the Siberian Rev2 block with a compression fitting for my hose (3/8" hose), or can you please point me in the direction where i can get some from?

Is there a reason you use the barbed type connector for the hose to slide over?
The reason i ask is because i read somewhere that the compression ones are slightly better?

i am not sure if anyone makes screw in fittings for the 3/8" ID tbh.
hmm, thats a shame, i was wanting all the connectors to match up.
Am i best off pre-ordering the 9800gtx alloy plate and ordering the Siberian rev2 block together, or should i wait until next week when the alloy plate is showing as in-stock then order then?
I dont really want to have to pay postage twice (incase you send the block now and the plate when it comes out), but i dont want the alloy plates to sell out before i get chance to get home from work and order it.
One other question, am i right in thinking that to remove the stock air cooler i just need to get the card warmed up (soften the thermal compound) then quickly remove it and undo all the big screws?
What is then the optimal way of removing the old heatsink/fan, move it from side to side, pull upwards at one corner or what?
