the other day.there was a problem with Vadim actually getting it from OCZ, so i was left waiting. Sad

Frustrating as it was the last component i needed.

However Vinc got in touch and offered to send me out some other ddr2 so i could finish my build and install everything, then when my memory arrived they would send it out and take mine back.

As it happened the memory came in on friday morning. Vinc got it sent out to me next day and i received it on Saturday at 9am!! (At no extrea cost)

Just wanted to say thanks to all at Vadim, you have really shown a commitment to customer service!! A+++++++

I have to say that this is a good topic to tell mine as well...

1st order I did with Vadim I got the wrong product on the web site and they swapped it so quickly for me (despite being my mistake) that I almost felt that my mistake had been a dream.

2nd order and they didn't want to let me wait despite me saying that there was no rush and they dispatched all except for a small item that is out of stock. Vincent told me they would post it to me Shocked

. They would be losing out on one item so that they could keep a costumer happy. Five start service and people.... Vincent please DON'T send it now.... I will be buying more Mr. Green

I just wanted to publically say a massive thank you to Dominique for her help over the past few weeks!

I have finally got my new keyboard and mouse today and I love them...just about to search for Stu's addon!

However I have a feeling I've been quite annoying and I can remember at least two occasions where it took me about 3 days to do something I had agreed to do but didn't realise I had...

...Anyhow to cut a long story short, Dominique you have the patience of a saint, and it is very much appreciated!

Well I haven't really got anything to say thank you for, apart from being a great company and welcoming me into this community, back when I joined.
