unlocking multiplier

is there a programm to unlock the multiplier of amd 6400. ive seen overclocking with the multiplier of 17. norm is 16

I do believe that those chips come unlocked.

ive been told that, but can only go up to 16. Got the crosshairboard.

If you are not happy with the speeds you are getting using just the multiplier up the fsb a little at a time to see if your happy with that.

cant get any more then 3.55 out my chip. just curios to see if there was away of getting multa of 17.
