what macks the watercooling so important to have and what will the pc be like without it and if the seal breaks and my pc gets flooded will vadim replace the parts for me for free or will i have to pay for a new pc
The watercooling enables everything to be overclocked that much better. When you overclock the temp of the components rises a fair bit, watercooling is able to cool far better than any air cooling. It is also a lot quieter and looks brilliant. I have never heard of anyones seals being broken, but if that was to happen im sure it would be covered by the warranty.

Welcome to the forums i want a comp!
Wolf's reply basically sums it all up. Aesthetics, performance and noise levels are what water cooling about though the aesthetics care purely optional.
In a well built watercooled PC, leaks are practically a non-issue. The methods used in modern watercooled PCs are very reliable to say the least and the hardware is extremely robust.
