I cannot compare them to anything else cos I have never owned a different pair of headphones before.....but I know that these baby's sound absolutely beautiful, tho I listen only to Smooth Jazz 7 days a week 24 hours a day (well if only)

I needed an adapter so I could plug them into my Logitech control unit, but I really like the old fashion approach to the way these are made it makes you feel that they have been made for you as opposed to mass produced junk.

and if I had the money I would of had a pair of the GS 1000.
