mav, your PC is a work of art AND has very nice specs.
Great to her she performs past your expectations.
I definately plan on something like that for myself one day soon.
Your builder did a super job with your Vadim!
I know him personally, He does nice work!
What you think Leeh?
Something like this, perhaps?

It looks very nice indeed.
The rig I am looking for is primarily for software development making it critical and for gaming second.
So on the point of overclocking is a definate no-no. Thus, water cooling isn't really what I am looking for. The case on the over hand, from what others are saying, sounds perfect.
With this in mind, the savings made on overclocking and watercooling can be converted to higher end components and aircooling.
With the P5E3 Premium 1600, DDR3 1600 all out, I am rather impatiently waiting for the QX9770 3.2 1600. Especially considering Age Of Conan is a matter of weeks away to release and a possible build time of 2-4 weeks.
Good call on staying with air-cooling for your required needs.
Just make sure you get the Antarctic Cooling with the T-Ban digital fan controller.
Not to harp on about water-cooling; it still wouldn't hurt (ok mabe the cash flow) but it is better than air-cooled for component life, especially when no over-clocking.
Just a thought.
I guess the most important thing at the moment is component availability.
What's Vadim's input on this dilemma?
I really hope it comes together for you to make the Conan gig.
If components become available, maybe an 'express build' can be an option?
(again finances permitting)
Thank you for everyones recommendations. But due to certain constraints the final build for submission was:
1 x SILVERSTONE TJ07 Black CASE (NO PSU)

1 x Coolermaster Real Power M850W Modular PSU
1 x ASUS P5E3 Premium WiFi (Intel X48 - 1600/1333 FSB DDR3)

The build comes in at little over 4K.
Plus, my 30" Dell 3008WFP Rev A01 arrived yesterday. This is one fine monitor. I highly recommend, since they have fixed the backlight bleed on this monster.
The only negative thing would be that the ETA is 29th May, 6 days short of the Age of Conan release (9 days if you include early access program), but I guess when I do get in the fray, while they are lagging out, ill be making mince meat of of them.
My order has gone in as of yesterday.

Seems like the delivery times has improved for the Dell 3008 now It is a fantastic monitor
Very nice system...although you need to drop the heavy duty packaging and save yourself some dough...The silverstone packaging is classed as good enough by Vadim....
make sure to link your forum account with your customer account so you can access the VIP area of the forums
Remember and post some pics when the machine arrives
Also let us all know what you think of the KillerNIC M1 card.
Unfortunatly this account and the account that purchased it aren't the same, so I probably am unable to do this.
I am rather looking forward to checking out the KillerNIC, ill report what I can find. Even my MMO guild are eager to get some feed back. Once I posted my specs they are all rushing out to get SSD's and the like.

Interesting, this was never mentioned on submitting the build. Maybe ill tug at his arm on this one.

i just located the order - Adrian is taking care of you, so dont worry - that will get eventually spotted. Normally the guys are taking care innitially of the core components to make sure they match etc and anything that is not used/needed will get refunded at the end of the build.
