The first time the server did that was last night Wolf; it was playing fine with 24 players, and suddenly that happened - must have messed up the settings because its a 32 player server with a 24 player visible limit so it doesn't show in the custom tab.
I went to see what had happened and saw that message; now as you say it does it as soon as anyone connects...
This seems to be a fault with their server as opposed to any of our settings, so they should really be helping us
I posted the same message on the jolt forums, which had to be approved by a moderator before it was posted, it has now been posted (you have to wonder why the mod couldnt help). I think we should be seriously looking towards a new host.
i think you are right Wolf - time to get a new host.
i guess you get what you pay for. with jolt was cheaper, but we didnt get exactly what we need i guess.
When this server is running out, we move to multiplay then?
I never owned a server myself :p It's just that in Quake 4 which I play a lot of, I always play on the same multiplay server and it's been on for 24/7 since the game came out a few years ago and not one time has it EVER gone down when I was playing. And my ping is brilliant too - like 18ms. Oh and Multiplay is a big TF2 fan because they are arranging loads of tournaments and stuff
Vincent...is there some way we can save all our configuration settings, because I spent at least a couple of hours sorting them all out when I reinstalled the server, to be exactly right...
