Okay GrandDad here needs help, JK, Wolf, EU, Snaga, Vincent, Narco
First question .. I am using the lastest downloaded Multyplayer of TF was only put up for downloading about a week ago. Should I be able to get on to Vadim's so I can blast known names with the demo. I will buy orginal when I can, (C.O.D 4 has been paid for and posted )
What I do is select my options, put my name then click on direct connection, all I put the is the numbers like this 195.149.21.238:27015
Nothing before numbers like ID I put colon after 238 like above.
I then click on connect and PC crashes nothing happens can only switch off computer with on/off switch. What am I doing wrong.
Thinking to my self should I load steam from my orginal 1/2 life two CD or should it work without that?

not really sure m8,but TF2 is only 30 dollars on its own,so grab it and get online so i can shoot rockets at you
Create account, find and buy Team Fortress 2 through Steam, then start the game up and click find servers. Goto Favorites tab then Right click and click Add server by ip address.
Paste or enter, 195.149.21.238:27015 then add to favorites
Then connect to server, pick colour team - decided what character to play enter game and then Narco can shoot rockets at you

I would do as the rest said fruim and get it through steam. I'm not sure how to solve your issue, but can't way to see someone on there worse than me
