How does your warranty work?

Question:
I want to buy a custom computer, however I am not sure about your warranties. What are they all about? (22/07/2006)
Answer:
Whenever we build any system, be it big or small, we always test them to extremes that would never be realistically possible in a day to day situation. We do this to make sure that our computers are working to their full potential without absolute minimum risk of any break downs, however problems cannot always be foreseen or prevented. It is possible that at some point in your systems life-span a problem will occur.
All our warranty plans are provided with free of charge lifetime support. Should anything occur with your software or hardware we can always be contacted by phone, email and live internet chat. We will always do our absolute best to help and make sure that any problems are rectified in a speedy manner. However, please note that the management reserves the right to refuse service if any of our staff members are treated with disrespect or the service is abused.
Regardless of the warranty plan purchased, when a fault occurs, it must be reported into our database using our Online Fault Reporting, Interactive Troubleshooting and Upgrade System (OFRITUS).
Once the fault is logged onto our system, our support staff and engineers will have access to it and will act according to the information given. It is in these instances that the warranty plan selected will come into effect.
In addition to the above, no matter what warranty has been chosen, the water-cooled systems are fully covered (labour, parts and delivery) for the first year against any defect in the water-cooling loop, so if for example the pump or any other mechanical part stops working, we will collect, repair/replace and return the system with absolutely no charges.
